What’s your refund policy?

We accept refund requests initiated before an order is completed. For example, if we have received your funds but haven’t credited your account with your chosen currency equivalent. However, do note that initiating such a request will attract a charge of 5% from the received funds. That said, you can expect to receive a refund within 24 hours during business hours. Unfortunately, we do not accept refund requests initiated after an order is completed.
